data choices.

What the site collects.

• Account information: Sign in with ChatGPT supplies an account identifier, email and, when available, name. These connect private records to your account.
• Information you submit: property advertisements and contact details; service and support requests; photos, plans and documents; project records, estimates, saved searches, and customer approval records.
• Payment records: provider-hosted invoice links, amounts, status and receipt references entered by the team. The site does not collect card numbers or bank credentials.
• Technical operation: the hosting and service providers process requests and may maintain operational or security logs. Do not put confidential information in URLs.

What is public and what is private.

Approved property advertisements publish the address, description, photos and advertiser contact information you authorize. Approved professional advertisements publish their business profiles and public credential details. Anyone may view or copy public information.

Saved searches, room design estimates, project information, service requests and support tickets are account restricted. Property Hub can review service/support submissions and advertising information to operate those services. Invited project customers receive only the project information and proposals shared with them. Reported-listing notes are visible to Property Hub’s review team, not shown publicly to the advertiser.

Pausing a property listing removes it from current public results; it does not delete its stored record or copies others may have made.

AI photos, plans and conversations.

When you opt into an AI feature, the selected text, photos, plans or documents are sent to OpenAI to produce the requested result. The AI forms explain the information being sent. Avoid people, private documents, access codes, financial account details and unnecessary personal information in room photos or conversations.

Room-estimate photos are processed for the request and are not retained in Property Hub’s photo storage. The room brief and validated estimate are saved privately until deleted through My design estimates or handled through a privacy request. Other photo and document services may save uploads to support the service; a room-estimate deletion does not delete an already submitted consultation brief or other uploaded files.

Property Hub uses requests configured not to store a response as an OpenAI conversation. That setting does not promise zero provider retention; OpenAI’s own service and data policies apply. AI results can be incomplete or wrong and need review.

Providers, storage and external sites.

Cloudflare-backed hosting, database and file storage support the site. ChatGPT supplies sign-in. OpenAI supplies the AI features you choose to use. Payment links open the named payment provider. Government records, property sources, booking sources and other external links are independent sites with their own policies.

Information is used to deliver the requested service, review advertisements, manage account access, respond to requests, record project decisions and maintain the site. Do not use the site to submit someone else’s information without authority.

Browser storage and aggregate counts.

Sign-in and essential platform operation may use cookies or session mechanisms. Some tools save preferences, drafts, guide progress or calculations in your browser; use their clear/reset controls or your browser settings to remove those local copies.

Property Hub records aggregate counts for selected public pages, listing actions, contact clicks, saved design estimates and submitted service requests. The application’s metrics table stores only the day, event name, a general page category and a count. It does not store your account, IP address, property address, message, search terms or a visitor identifier. Counts are approximate, are not unique visitor numbers, and are cleaned up after about 90 days when metrics are recorded.

The event script also honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This preference does not disable essential requests or the hosting provider’s operational logs.

Retention, access and deletion requests.

Saved records remain available for their service unless deleted through an available account control or reviewed through a privacy request. Service, payment and decision records may need to remain for ongoing work, security, dispute handling and recordkeeping. The site does not automatically erase every record when you sign out.

To request access, correction, removal of a public advertisement or deletion of information, sign in and submit a private support request under “Privacy / data request,” or email Propertyhubexperts@gmail.com. Identify the record or account involved without sending passwords, card details or identity documents. The team may need to verify your authority and explain which records can be removed. Responses appear in your support requests; submitting a request does not automatically delete records or send an email.
