Your financial snapshot

Use monthly amounts in US dollars. Estimates are welcome; confirm them with your lender later.

Enter a score from a 300–850 model. We do not retrieve or verify your score.

Use income before taxes and deductions. A lender determines which income qualifies.

Include car, student loan, credit-card minimums, and other continuing debt payments. Exclude the proposed housing payment below. Include any other mortgage that will remain.

Include principal, interest, property taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, and HOA dues where applicable. Enter your own estimate; this tool does not quote a mortgage.

For utilization, enter both balances and limits across the same cards. Enter 0 if you have no balances or no available credit limit.

This tool does not generate a credit score, approve a loan, or determine your creditworthiness. Requirements vary by lender and loan product.
